The film tells the story of an old woman named "Bi Bi Salimeh", the old popular midwife of Tazeh Abad Village who, after years of waiting, finds the chance to travel to Mecca for pilgrimage. Bi Bi is busy saying goodbye to the villagers when the news come that she is not allowed to travel. No one dares to give her the news, except Mash Karim. On the other hand, children and Nasir decide to make her wish come true, they themselves getting her to Mecca.
