Little House on the Prairie Season 5 Episode 24

Little House on the Prairie: 12-year-old Dylan, who is suffering from a severe case of leukemia, refuses to abandon his dream of seeing the Pacific Ocean. Knowing that the task will be viewed as impossible by his overprotective widowed mother, the boy opts to make the journey alone. Unable to talk their friend out of this dangerous feat, Laura and Albert run away from home to accompany him. Charles finally tracks them down and intends to bring them back home, but upon realizing that this is Dylan's one and only dying wish, he guides the children the rest of the way.
