Chopped: In this holiday-themed episode, Ted Allen challenges Patricio Sandoval, Kenneth Collins, Laura Simpson and Wade Burch to create a three-course meal by using oysters, pomegranate juice, red chard and gingerbread cookie dough for the Appetizer round; goose, irish cream liqueur, maraschino cherries and blue cheese for the Entrée round; and pasilla chiles, peppermint patties, sour cream and boniatos for the Dessert round. Judges are Marc Murphy, Alex Guarnaschelli and Aarón Sánchez.
