Chopped: Ted Allen challenges four previous winners to compete in the fourth part of a five-part Chopped event. Ric Orlando ("Wok This Way "), Rebecca Newell ("Squashed"), Mario Tolentino ("My Froggy Clementine") and Christian Petroni ("Mussels Mastery & Cotton Candy Can-Do") are asked to create a three-course meal by using smoked kippers, water chestnuts, leeks and lemon-lime soda for the Appetizer round; caperberries, parsley root, chocolate-hazelnut spread and elk tenderloin for the Entrée round; and taco shells, Bosc pears, crema and red curry paste for the Dessert round. Judges are Chris Santos, Alex Guarnaschelli and Marc Murphy.
