Kipper: Tiger comes over to Kipper's house to play with him. They start talking about how much they love water. Kipper suggests they get the paddling pool out. Kipper gets the paddling pool out and blows it up and Tiger gets the hosepipe and turns it on. Soon the paddling pool is blown up and has water in it. The paddling pool is a bit too small though and water ends up going everywhere. They decide to go to sleep on the grass instead. A few hours later, they wake up and discover the hose isn't working. It turns out it hasn't been connected properly and the house has been turned into a giant swimming pool. They get the paddling pool and use it as a boat to swim about the house. Soon there is a knock on the door. It's Pig and Arnold! Pig and Arnold don't hear Kipper's yelling, telling him not to open the door. They open the door and the water all floods out. It turns out, Pig and ARnold came to ask if Kipper and Tiger wanted to go swimming!
