Initial D: It is a new day and Itsuki skips work to spend the day with Kazumi, further developing their blossoming relationship. On the other hand Takumi's relationship with Natsuki is on-the-rocks, with them not even seeing each other for days; nonetheless Takumi's mind is on something else as he's received a challenge from Wataru. Before Takumi can even battle though, he urgently needs to get his "Eight-Six" to reach its full potential, so he asks for help from Iketani.
