Rockman EXE : The Net Navi, Pharaohman, is plotting his reign of terror on the world. Having been locked away for many years, he is now free to rule! He transforms the science labs network into a vast desert, and resides within a cyber pyramid. Meanwhile, Netto is having trouble coming to terms with the loss of Rockman. A few days later, strange gold symbols appear on his and his friend's PETs. Everyone thinks that they may be linked to Rockman. Enzan meets with Netto and explains to him that he promises to repay him for what Rockman did to save Blues. Pharaohman begins a plague against the world when locusts attack an airport, and Yuuichirou comes home to offer a helping hand to Rockman's revival.
