Father Knows Best: Bud is having difficulty talking with the girls at school. His behavior is misinterpreted. The students think he is a snob. Jim finds out about the problem and tried to help Bud. They soon discover that he is not just having difficulty talking to girls, he is petrified. They soon discover that behind a Halloween mask he gets his confidence. He decides to have a costume party. Jim has something else in mind to help Bud over come is problem.
