Build It Bigger: Danny visits a new desalinization plant being constructed near Melbourne. Multiple steps are taken to minimize the environmental impact of the new plant. Danny visits the water intake tunnel, which is being built extra large in order to minimize the suction enough that fish can swim away from the intake. He then helps install a giant roof panel on a building. When completed, the buildings will be covered with native vegetation in order to blend into the environment. Later, he watches the painstaking installation of a 72 ton reverse osmosis filtration unit. Following that, Danny helps with the installation of a 50 mile underground power line that will connect the new desalinization plant to a power station in Melbourne. In the final segment of the program, Danny observes a tunnel boring machine digging a section of the pipeline between the plant and the city.
