The Bill: PC Brown and the sister of a suspect in an armed robbery investigation are being held captive by armed drug addicts. DS Carter, convinced he knows who is behind both the robbery and the kidnapping, mounts an observation with PCs Armstrong and Gayle, but their operation is compromised when the kidnap victim's ex-husband arrives at the scene.
