Department S: A photographer presents a man with a picture of a man taken in a festival crowd. People break into the man's house to kill him, but he dies of a heart attack. The criminals then go to the morgue -- and shoot the body. These actions center around a notorious criminal named Christopher Lomax, thought dead for three years. The Department wants to know who was behind the attack on the corpse; and, more importantly, if Lomax is indeed still alive.
