Witness Season 1 Episode 4

Witness: The case of Black Watch regiment member Michael Ross, who was arrested in 2006 for a murder committed 12 years previously, when he was only 15 years old. In 1994, he strode into an Orkney restaurant and shot a man dead, the first killing on the Scottish isle for 25 years. By the time sufficient evidence was gathered to arrest Ross, he was a decorated soldier. This film examines his crime, capture and trial, while Ross's father Eddie protests his son's innocence.
